Your workwear should reflect your business\u2019s personality and professionalism. To ensure a flawless finish every time, the PMD Store team requires design files that meet specific specifications based on the decoration method you choose.<\/p>

Following these guidelines helps us deliver high-quality results quickly and efficiently.<\/p>

General Design File Tips<\/strong><\/h3>

To achieve the best quality print on your customised workwear, please ensure your artwork meets the following:<\/p>

  • File Format:<\/strong> PNG (to preserve transparent backgrounds)<\/p><\/li>

  • Resolution:<\/strong> 300 PPI at the actual print size<\/p><\/li>

  • Colour Mode:<\/strong> RGB (our software will convert to CMYK for printing)
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>


    Important:<\/strong> Lower resolution images will result in reduced print quality. Even if an image looks sharp on screen, any resolution below 300 PPI at the print size may appear pixelated or blurry on your workwear.
    For example, if your artwork is 300 PPI at 5cm but needs to be printed at 10cm, the resolution effectively drops to 150 PPI, reducing print clarity. Always save your artwork at 300 PPI matching the required print size.

    Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing Guidelines<\/strong><\/h3>

    DTG printing applies your artwork or photos directly onto clothing with vibrant, detailed results.<\/p>

    • File Format:<\/strong> PNG at 300 PPI<\/p><\/li>

    • Additional Tips:<\/strong> Keep all design elements, including text, at least 10pt in size. Smaller elements may not print clearly or could degrade over time with wear.

      Embroidery Guidelines<\/strong><\/h3>

      Embroidery uses pre-dyed threads to recreate your design with texture and durability.<\/p>

      • File Format:<\/strong> PNG at 300 PPI<\/p><\/li>

      • Additional Tips:<\/strong> Maintain a minimum line width of 0.125 cm (1.25 mm) for all design elements.
